I like the fact that you use no chemicals on my carpets. There is absolutely no residue and no perfume odor after you leave. I have severe allergies, and love the service I get from Zerorez.

There is NO return of, or worsening of stain over time. We have them out every 4 months about, and over time, stains that DO remain (They are nearly gone), are decreased with each visit.
Also, the drying time is very quick comparatively.

The information on the web about the process is very informative. The customer service was outstanding. Our technician was very courteous, outgoing and extremely helpful in regards to our questions.
