The most important thing to me about using Zerorez is that I know my carpets are clean and are NOT full of chemicals. And they look beautiful. I have neglected them way too long and can't believe they are this clean. The technician who came to our home, Kenny Oats, was friendly, courteous, explained exactly what he was doing, and did a great and thorough job!!!
