Kenny called 40 minutes ahead, went over what was to be cleaned; moved recliner and cleaned underneath it and put on blocks; wore booties; protected corners; was done quicker than i thought; when i went to bed i thought oh the carpets don't look too good; but in the morning they looked beautiful and soft and smelt much better.
