Your service dose not use any chemicals to clean. My carpets always look so much better and they dry pretty fast since it's just water. The technician was polite and explained everything in advance.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Vance, who came and cleaned our carpets. He was courteous and professional and did a very thorough job. We have an off-white carpet which had not been cleaned in years. Everything is nice and fresh now. Love the fact that Zerorez doesn't use harsh cleaners or chemicals. Will definitely use this service again and highly recommend them.
