I like that your people are very prompt. I especially like the timely manner in which the job is completed. The companies we have had in the past take the better part of a day to do a less effective job. My favorite part is the lack of residue left in the carpet to resoil. We have pets and the idea that there is no residue to get into the hair or fur and onto the skin gives us a great piece of mind. Thanks

The carpet had massive pet stains and they are GONE. This really worked unbelievably well and exceeded my expectations. Plus no chemicals! The technician (Evan) showed up early, worked quickly, and was friendly and polite. Would 100% use again and recommend to friends.

Service reps are polite and work diligently - unfortunately, I was told I would get a 30 prior to arrival call, but it was not on his work order. He called when he was 5 minutes away, so he had to wait - hopefully, not delaying other appointments.

I typically use a $25 off coupon for my first time clients (today this was another one) and was told I can't do that. I don't appreciate that since I refer all of our clients to ZEROREZ. I will refrain from that if we're not allowed to use the coupon.
