It was easy to make an appt, the cost was what you said it would be (rare amoungst carpet cleaners!), service was very quick (much faster than I expected), carpets look good, no icky smells or stickiness on them.

Effective--the pet urine stains and odor came right out! Also, very friendly and accommodating technician who took the time to explain how the process works and answer all of my questions at any time throughout the process. He also gave me tips on what to do in the moment when pet accidents occur.

No chemicals

The cleaning job was done well. Nate did a good job pretreating some areas and getting after the high traffic areas. The carpet is older and I think he got the most out of it considering it's wear.
