The gentleman was very polite, introduced himself, inspected the rooms, explained the procedure and what to expect. He did half the room then showed me the difference, I was pleased and he finished, was done in no time at all, carpet dried fast. Very pleased

This is the 3rd time we have used Zerorez , and are always happy with the results, your technician was very friendly and professional . We told him we babysit our 2 small great-grand children and how it is hard to keep them from dropping food and drink on the carpet so for a few dollars more he would spray on a protectent that would make cleanup of stains easier. the whole job only took about an hour for our small front room and small hallway . We will always call Zerorez for our carpet and furniture cleaning .
