The tech who came to our house was. Not in a hurry. He took his time and went over strains on the carpet my wife weren't aware of. Great price and great value. My carpet looks brand new and was not saturated with water the carpets were dry in less than 24 hours. I will use them again in the future for sure. It was nice to have somebody who cared about the quality of the work rather than how fast they could get the job done and move on to the next one.

I really like Zerorez. The upholstery was done extremely well. There's only 2 things: 1) more upfront charges (like at least a range) on upholstery rather than playing around with prices at time of service; and 2) in the past, cleaner moved furniture and this time it was up to me. If I knew, I would have been more prepared , moved more for more thorough carpet cleaning.
