The process uses just water and no soaps which do leave residue. It appears the system was able to get some deep down stains out of our very thin industrial carpet. Dry time was quick as well. Appointment was easy to schedule. Great availability for convenient appointments.

Nick Farnsworth and his assistant were excellent at their job. The carpeting has not looked this good since we moved in 13 years ago. Zeroez Denver left 2 other carpet cleaners we've used far behind. Zerorez has a convert.

You were courteous on the phone, scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Luis and Josh were polite and professional and did a wonderful jjob even though we kept adding more services for them to do. All services were done well. Our 12 year old carpet looks near brand new again. The suction lifted it up and fluffed it nicely. I did have to wipe up white residue off the tile in the kitchen this morning, spots appeared cloudy and had a film on them. Not a big deal it cleaned up well. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service and products used.
