Timely arrival; office and field staff friendly, helpful - technician explained what they were doing and why - technician was courteous and respectful to me and my house :) Love the look and feel and smell of the carpet after it was cleaned and dry!

your tech did a great job! I would have been more satisfied if you had offered me the memorial day special. 1 day before the special and i was even offered thursday of friday. had I said friday would I have gotten the special? I am a veteran!
