We have used Zerorez for carpet and tile grout cleaning. They are very easy to schedule with with great customer service. Pricing is very fair and they pay close attention to detail. I was very pleased with their services. Later in the summer I had them come back out to clean floor tile grout. Most of the grout came out great, but there were some spots that needed attention again, so Zerorez sent out another technician who was able to resolve the additional cleaning. I will use Zerorez for all my floor cleaning needs. Zerorez stands behind their work and guarantees customer satisfation. I am completely satisfied with Zerorez! I love how your product completely took out all my stains

We have been pleased with their service-competent and friendly. However, the $25 charge for closets is exorbitant for the average small space. Also, the $35 charge for the "protector" seems high. Dave Last name removed
