It was my first time trying out Zerorex, but I'm so glad I did. Kai provided excellent service right from the beginning. He put special attention to our high traffic areas and did a remarkable job. We were surprised with the before and after look. Wow! My carpet came very close to being brand new and I had it for 8 years. Zerorex are professionals and they are affordable. They don't use harsh chemicals which is great for my whole family.

I love that soap is not used. The carpet feels soft and clean. I have used Zerorez twice and recommended them to my daughter who has also used them twice. Always on time and professional.
