Above all, I prefer your approach to the process - focusing less on chemicals which leave residues. After that is your pricing, which seems reasonable. Finally, is your staff - I've never experienced any concerns with the staff you hire and place in my home. Three solid pillars to do business on - good work!
The set-up to keep furniture and corners safe. The roll outs of mats the keeps the hoses from scratching and damaging floors.
Techs are always professional and explain exactly what they are going to do. Carpets and nice and bright like brand new condition without being soaking wet. Not sure of the technology they use to keep the carpets dry but it's awesome to not have open all the windows, turn on ceiling fans and wait several hours or the next day to dry.
When your stepping on the carpet it's nice and soft not all hard and rough.

I had heard that the way zerorez cleans the carpets is a superior method compared with other companies.I don't know exactly what this refers to but they seemed to do a good job on my carpets.
