Respectful employees doing a good job, carpets are clean and not too wet after completion. One thing of concern was that technician noticed a red shading on the carpet that we never saw before. He could not get it out.

I would have given a ten for my rating but I have spots that didn’t go away as well as I’d hoped.

There was one that I had cleaned before and it didn’t show but was drawn back to the surface by this cleaning. It is a dinner plate size and began showing more and more as the carpet dried. It is now quite obvious. I realize my carpet is old but I had also hoped that the traffic patterns would be lightened more than they were....I’m not sure the cleaning altered their appearance.

I’m telling you all of this because I have a neighbor who is looking to use Zerorez and was waiting until she could see how well mine came out. What I’m telling you is what she will be able to see at my house. Name removed.

Keegan did an incredible job for us! We hadn't cleaned them in years because we were hoping to do different flooring, so they were very dirty with lots of spots and stains. They look amazing, so clean and fresh and he even got out stains that we thought were permanent.

I've used only Zerorez for my carpet (and tile floor) cleaning for many years. The few times some areas were not satisfactory, you came back. For the most part your technicians have been great. Yesterday you sent the best yet. Logan was polite & professional. He did exactly the areas I asked for & did them well. Our carpeting is quite worn in some places & will never look great, but they certainly look much better. Thanks Logan!

I'd also like to thank your schedulers. My original time was quite late. I asked to please let me know if any earlier time became available. It did & Logan was finished shortly after 2:00 which was earlier than my original starting time.

Joe came to our home on March 29th he cleaned the carpets in the entire house up and down stairs. He did a great job, the carpets look great even though they are 20 years old. Joe was great and very professional. I won’t hesitate to call Zerorez out again great job and at a fair price.
