The customer service was spot on from the first phone call to the end of the carpet cleaning. The technician called just as their email said he would and he was even early. He helped me prepare the room and did a thorough cleaning. The outcome was extremely surprising. The carpet looked more than 100% better. Stains, and spills were gone. Even the high traffic areas looked new. And the technician was respectful of our furniture and knick knacks. He even protected the corners of the walls. I usually use Stanley but never again.
