The guys who came to our house were great to work with. Ron was the lead guy & was very professional and enjoyable to work with. The cost was quite high, a lot more than I had anticipated, but I appreciated Ron helping me get the cost down a bit. The 2 guys did a great job and made our carpets/rugs look wonderful! We like that there is no crunchy feel or sound when walking on the carpets and that the products used are non-toxic. We'll definitely use Zerorez again & would love to have Ron and Thomas back.
