I am so happy with the attention to detail that your technicians provide and the products they use. Carpet cleaning is carpet cleaning, however the proof comes in not only how the carpet looks the day it is cleaned, but how the carpet looks a month later. We have had a wet spring and with 8 little paws going in and out, the carpet took a beating. Zerorez made our 30 year old carpet look new again and it looks, smells and feels amazing!! The tech was great. He communicated when he was on his way and if he could show up a little before my appointment time. We did a walk through on the pet areas and what the plan would be to best take care of them. He started and worked through the house and was done in a hour. I’m pleased with how the carpets turned out. And will be calling Zerorez for future cleaning.
