I love that you are chemical free, the process doesn't leave any scent and cleans beautifully... much better than other companies I've had clean the carpet (with chemicals) and it didn't really get things clean. Everyone I've dealt with has done an amazing job, were friendly and professional!

came a half hour early which was great and only took and hour to do 13 steps and 2 rooms. He did a great job as usual and was very courteous. Got all the stains out that could come out.

The carpet cleaning was done very well - I was very pleased with the outcome! However, we barely were able to get the job done in time because no one had asked what floor I was on or otherwise confirmed that they would be able to complete the job with the standard set of equipment. My boyfriend had to help the technician come up with a work-around to be able to complete the job.
