The cleaner communicated with me when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was respectful and explained all of the steps and was very quick to complete the cleaning. I love the product because it's chemical-free, has no odor, dries fast, and - most importantly - leaves the carpets looking and smelling clean and fresh.
