The over all service was great.

The gentleman called me to let me know he was on his way. So, I finished preparing to get everything out of the way. I was putting my dogs away when my sister answered the door. She told him it would be just moment; he then told her that he called me that he was on his way. There was no reason for this comment. All but putting the dogs away was done.

The neighbor across the street from is using your company soon. The next door neighbor wants to have her carpets cleaned as well. She wants me to let her know if I liked the service and will use if I say it was good. I am going to let her know that the service is good but your service man was not very polite.

I like the product. I have Last name removed carpet it is over 20 years old. I have used a couple carpet cleaning services over the years, however this is whitest my carpet has been after cleaning. It looks great.

I chose Zererez to clean our carpets after several years of cleaning them myself. I saw an advertisement special on the Colorado Best TV show. I got a terrific price and saved on deep cleaning treatments and soil protection. Tanner was our carpet technician and he is very knowledgeable on what products will clean our carpet issues the best. No chemicals and I can clean future spots with water and vinegar! I am very satisfied with all the products and services

Very nice and competent technician (can't remember his name). The work done was somewhat expensive compared to other carpet cleaning companies, but hopefully the cost will have been worth it. I guess we shall see.
