Friendly, efficient and on time
The service from ZeroRez has most always been good for us. We have been using them for about 10 years. The cleaner they use does not have a bad smell, and our carpet has lasted about 20 years due to diligent cleaning and no pets.
As usual, the Zerorez team did a great job. They were punctual, polite, worked hard to clean our carpets, and did it for a reasonable price.
The gentleman who came to our house was very accountable, considerate, and provided excellent service. He was thorough in his explanation of his process.

Technicians are always friendly and on-time. Love that the carpets aren't wet for 1/2 day afterwards and they always look great and feel soft to the touch. We've been using Zerorez for years and wouldn't recommend anyone else.
