The service agent who came to clean our carpets was professional and worked so hard. He even stayed to do an extra task. He seemed very knowledgeable and checked with me before proceeding on cleaning of chairs, making sure I approved of doing the rest of the chairs. The carpets looked great and we are very happy with the results.
