The only glitch that kept me from scoring you guys a 10 was the frequent mention of the add-on "protective treatment". (Didn't need the hard sell on that.) Otherwise, Zak was professional, thorough, on time, and as I mentioned-- quick. Yes, my wife and I will recommend Zerorez to others who inquire.
