I received the info I wanted and was given suggestions about furniture pieces which would be moved and replaced, saw the difference in stain and clean on one portion, and had an explanation of why one carpet cleans better than another. Also, I was offered a sample of cleaning and sealing the grout in my tile. I thought that the price I was given on the phone was the total, but found that it was just an estimate. My total was acceptable, but a surprise that it was different.

I like the way my carpet and whole house smells and the way my carpet looks nearly brand new after Zerorez has finished cleaning. The carpet cleaners were professional, and explained all of my options in detail; put bumpers on the corners of my walls, used the black light and multiple treatments to ensure I obtained the best results possible.
