Nate phoned about 30 min before arriving. He put "scrubs" on his shoes. We talked about what I wanted done. He asked about the stains -- food, animal, etc. He put the little foam blockers on the furniture that couldn't be moved. He went to work and was done in good time.
He was pleasant and knowledgable - a good employee for Zero-Rez. Results very satisfying.

I just had a neighbor come and ask me for the name of the company we use to clean our carpets and I gave him your name and number.
I like not having clean carpets without a lot of chemicals.
We had carpets cleaned at a rental. One room was and stairs were quite spotted. But they came clean!
One room in our house got really wet and had two large ripples in the carpet . We kept the fans running for a couple of days. Fortunately the ripples went away as the carpet dried.

I typically LOVE the results as I have used you for several of my homes and refer the company ALL the time. People ask me if I own it or have a vested interested and i say Nope! The quality comes out great. I will say, there were a couple stains that were not the typically result, but I still have to give a favorable rating for all the past work.
