The crew was on time and did a good job of cleaning our carpets. Our carpet dried quickly within a few hours and was soft to the touch. It’s been a couple of weeks since we had the carpet cleaned and it still looks fresh and new! It has a beautiful sheen!
Our carpets and tile floors were very dirty. We live in the foothills and have 2 dogs and a cat. Lots of pollen, pet stains...Zerorez came in and made all of the areas like brand new. Our tech, Nate, did a great job of recommending things to make the experience better for us and removing the stains and residuals from the pets. I will ask for him personally when we require services again!
