What ever you use to clean our carpets "REALLY WORKS" Our carpets look brand new and they feel soft and comfortable not hard and rough, like they do when those other guys do our carpets. Cody got to spots others have said they could not get to. One bedroom carpet was VERY soiled, and we were convinced it could not be cleaned--it now looks brand new. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY OUR CARPETS LOOK AND FEEL.
The non toxic clean products you use are great and the cleaning is excellent. The tech this time, (Keegan, excuse me if not spelled right), was one of the very best techs ever if not the best of all in the 8 years of having Zero Rez clean these carpets. It was especially well done.
