We have used you guys for years. We recently put hardwood floors in our upstairs, so you will continue to clean the carpet downstairs. However, I was disappointed in what you charged doe my area rugs. I had a total of 4 area rugs and two runners. It costed me as much as it would have if I would have had carpet upstairs. I was not offered any sort of loyalty discount to my knowledge and that was disappointing. Don't get me wrong I love the product you guys supply and the work you do however just disappointed in the cost of what was charges to get my area rugs cleaned.

I like the idea that you don't put aot of soap in my carpet. It really comes out clean and actually dries fairly quickly.

The products leave no chemical or soap smell in your home. This time I had a fabric rocker/recliner done. The 12 year old chair looks brand new.
I like the idea of clean cleaning my carpet instead of building up soap residue year after year adding to the junk in the carpet. Carpet is filthy most of time and you just can’t see it. So do what you can to minimize that.
Matthew did a wonderful job. (Forgive me if I have called him by the wrong name.) He was considerate, thorough and a hard worker. Almost all stains came out except a couple of the brown dog stains in our family room. If you have any tips on how to remove the brown stain from a silver carpet, I would like to hear them!
