Knowledgeable technician that can individualize products to my needs room by room since not all rooms get the same wear. Also like the variety of products offered, e.g. super deep clean and/or pet treatments in addition to regular cleaning that works fine in lower traffic areas.

Lucas our technician showed up early. He was conscientious and thorough. He researched our cleaning history with ZeroRez to see how we handled the last pet accident issue. He went over all the steps with us.

He did a good job of protecting our house during his prep and got done in a reasonable amount of time.

Quality work (e.g. workers wear rubber "booties" to protect the floor) done on time. Good instructions as to what to do immediately after cleaning. Carpet is, of course, damp after the procedure, but NOT excessively so.

Zerorez did a GREAT job cleaning the carpet at my mom’s house. There were stains in several spots, and they were gone when all was done. The technician who went to my mom’s house was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We paid more than anticipated because we found out there were lots of places on the carpet where her dog had peed. (The tech used an ultraviolet light to see where the stains were.) Even though it cost more, we were very happy with how the carpet turned out. My mom has had her carpet cleaned a few times in the 30 years she has lived in her house, and we have never seen it look better than how Zerorez left it.
