I like the price, the customer service and the technician. However, now that my carpet has dried, I am seeing "streaks" in the downstairs living room area and places that do not look as clean. it seems like maybe the solution was running out and it may have been to much of a hassle to mix more? I don't know.

Carpets are noticeably clean. The tech’s are usually knowledgeable and thorough and they wear booties in the house. Also use corner guards.

I liked the price point when I first booked. The cleaning technician was friendly and efficient, making sure that I got the areas cleaned I wanted and helped move furniture as needed. They cleaned up after themselves and called when they were on their way. My carpet looks great, I'll use zerorez in the future.
