Zerorez does an amazing job and cleans the carpet better than any other service I have had. If you are not satisfied, just call them and they will make it right. The dampness dries in just a few hours (not very wet) and it doesn't leave residue for dirt to cling to.

The technicians are all so professional and polite. The appointments are easy to schedule by talking to a live person or online. Their work is always thorough and quick. My carpets were dry to walk on within 4 hours and completely dry the next morning.

I like how clean the carpet becomes and the pet urine treatments are great! You can’t smell any of it when they are done. Also, there is no peculiar musty like smell after cleaning. Less dry time too.

The only negative is that when making the appointment, it should be explained thoroughly so that when the employees get there they don't have to spend time explaining to customer what constitutes the pricing.
