The carpet cleaning experience was very enjoyable…. Evan was our serviceman… he was personable, polite and efficient….our carpet dried quickly and it looked and felt very clean…. We were very pleased with Evan and our decision to use Zerorez as our preferred choice for carpet cleaning.

Thorough job
The fact that it doesn't leave the carpet soaked.
We made the decision to use Zerorez because we were offered $33 as a unit for stairs (not PER stair) at the Garden and Home Show. The technician was not told this and the estimate came out higher than we expected. After a couple of telephone calls, the issue was resolved and the price of cleaning our carpet was closer to what we first estimated. The technician (G) did a good job cleaning our carpets.
