Service was great, tech was great. On time, professional, did good work. Would definitely call your team again. Only minor frustration was that the cleaning spray ended up all over our floor, and we had to wash the floors after the visit. No biggie - just would've been nice to get a heads up to manage expectations if that's standard.

Even though the Zerorez office sent the technician to the wrong address, Jose (the technician) who finally came to clean my carpet was very good. He was friendly and explained the Zerorez process to me. I think it might have been the best carpet cleaning experience I’ve ever had.
