It was great. We have two big dogs & we had a lot of spots on the floor. Our technician did an amazing job cleaning them. In one area, the carpet is over 20 years old & it looks really nice.

Ron and Kyle did an absolutely fabulous job with our carpet and couch cleaning!!! I was seriously getting ready to visit a carpet store to look into getting different flooring, but I was delighted to find a company that doesn't use chemicals. I'm highly sensitive to chemical smells and I needed a natural and quality solution for our cleaning needs.

I was waking up in the night with a stuffy nose and had a feeling it was from the years of neglected carpet care. The difference between before and after cleaning is mind blowing! I still have some area rugs that need attention and I'll be calling Zerorez again before the summer is over.

Ron communicated with us all the way through the process so we would know of any issues, like super stubborn stains that may not come out. I don't even notice them after the cleaning since they did such a great job.

Ron and Kyle were so sweet, helpful and a joy to have in our home! I will request them for the next cleaning.

I like the price, the customer service and the technician. However, now that my carpet has dried, I am seeing "streaks" in the downstairs living room area and places that do not look as clean. it seems like maybe the solution was running out and it may have been to much of a hassle to mix more? I don't know.

Carpets are noticeably clean. The tech’s are usually knowledgeable and thorough and they wear booties in the house. Also use corner guards.
