The technicians, Ron and Ryan, that cleaned our carpets were outstanding. They were courteous, professional and friendly. We inspected all areas of the carpet that were to be cleaned and they showed me areas of concern and clearly described my options for getting the most out of the cleaning and for the longevity of the carpet. One of the clear advantages of using Zerorez is the ability of walking on the carpet immediately even though it takes 4-6 hours to completely dry. We give Zerorez a high recommendation.

I cleaned my carpet myself several times over the years. My carpet cleaner was no longer working as well as I like and it was leaving solution and dirty water in my carpet. I brought in Zerorez to clean the residue of previous cleanings. I am pleased with the results and feel my carpet is clean. Jason was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
