The technician that came to our house was amazing. He walked through the entire home and explained things while he went without trying to push me to purchase additional services. No tricky upsales, or telling me I have some hidden stains that will cost extra (like other companies in the past have done). Zerorez is respectful of your time and this is our 3rd time using them and will continue as long as we have a need.
It was recommended by my sister and it was fairly inexpensive due to the deal offered. The tech was very nice and it took minimal time.
