Our experience with Zerorez was great. They were very prompt responding to our questions and getting us scheduled. There was a coffee stain that didn't initially come up. A few days later they sent another team to try to lift the stain again. Even though it did not completely come out of the carpet, I appreciated the free return and their effort.

We have recommended and used Zerorez every year for 12 or more years. Our carpet still looks really good. Your services are 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have used Zerorez for years to clean my carpets. I appreciate that they don't use soap or detergent for cleaning so the carpet stays clean longer. I love their specials and the fact that when they book a block of time for an appointment they do their best to stick to that time frame.
