Good service. Gentleman that came out explained process, was very polite. I liked how he took care of everything including the yard, he used stakes to make sure the yard didnt burn from the hose lines.
Besides cleaning my carpets, he helped me understand what was going on in areas of my carpet, found out that they were untwisting. That knowledge helped me change my traffic patterns by moving furniture or get runners/rugs in those areas to save my rug from further damage. I would recommend zerorez.

They were able to get out to stains that were in my carpet and I worked on them so hard and I never could get them out I love that there was no residue or smell after that they left they were very polite and very professional
