Ron was great to work with! He was patient in explaining recommended services and associated prices. I felt like all of his feedback was honest and really helpful, for example he recommended a topical cleaner for one room rather than subflooring and I appreciated that he wasn't upselling for the most expensive service because the topical worked great.
The overall experience was great, I rated at a 9 because it would be nice to have a smaller arrival window to help us coordinate and because the services were great but a bit higher than other companies in my experience.
My carpet and upolstry are very clean and fresh and not overly wet - drys quickly. Very professional employees who you trust do great work.
