Have you zerorez a few times in the past and each time I've used them a exceeded my expectations. I love the way the carpet feels after they clean it. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies, the carpet feels nice and crisp, not sticky. Their technicians are very friendly and top-notch. I'd highly recommend using zerorez.

My cleaner did a great job - however, I'm a little taken back by the price of your "extras" like pet spot cleaning. $45 a spot. Really? The pricey add-ons was very much a turn off. I have used you guys faithfully for years, but that was over the top.
