Zerorez got out what another large company couldn't! I had my carpets steamed twice by oen company claiming to be one of the best after tenants left it filthy and full of pet urine spots. There was still a large area of obvious ground in dirt and pet spots still fluoresced everywhere even after two cleanings. I did not feel like I could show my property with the carpets in that condition.
Zerorez came in and in one cleaning got my carpets looking new again! This will definitely be my go to company for my personal home and my rentals from now on!

When you call the book ask for Ben Sage he has been with the company five years is very thorough professional and polite.

He gave me excellent suggestions to try to save money because he knew I was on a tight budget.

My only negative feedback is that the management team doesn’t care enough to return clients phone calls unless you’re calling to report a problem. I’ve called Zerorez at least four times to give positive feedback for their technicians and no one ever returned my call.
