My carpet was overdue for a good cleaning...some of it regular traffic, a few pet accidents and one mysterious spill. Ryan, who cleaned my carpet 1) showed up on time and introduced himself, 2) clearly went through my estimate and modifying it to meet my needs, 3) cleaned my carpet until it practically sparkled. A day later I am still relieved to have had it done. He did a fabulous job! Kudos to Ryan!
