The technician that came to my was was very friendly and did a great job.
Ryan called ahead, arrived on time, was especially neat, worked quickly but efficiently, and, of course, the rugs dried quickly and cleanly, leaving no residue.
We were kept well informed of arrival date and the driver called to let us know approximately when he would arrive. He walked through the areas to be cleaned to make sure he know about any problem areas. Carpet looks great.
