Miguel was courteous and professional . He explained the process and what he recommended to remove and deodorize the “puppy accident “ stains .( we got a new puppy a couple months ago 🙃) He was thorough and our carpet was fresh and clean when he finished. He also explained a treatment for the next time we have our carpets cleaned that will help protect from soils, oils, spots and spills. He used it on our entry way, I’m excited to see how well it works ! We’ve been using ZEROEZ for a few years now and will continue to. We’re very happy with this company and highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs.

The carpet cleaning process is efficient. The technician called before he came to the appointment, and he was on time. He discussed the areas that I wanted cleaned and what my expectations and he clarified the additional services that I requested before he started cleaning. Convenient service... quick drying time.

What a great result. Ryan went above and beyond going over our options. We had a lot of pet stains that showed under black light. He pretreated those areas and the stains are gone. I am more than pleased with our results and will use zerorez again. Great work Ryan

The service is always great - everyone has a lot of information to provide us about what everything does and they talk us through the process. I like that little chemicals are used.
