Our carpet is several years old and it looks fresh & clean again! Zerorez was on-time and efficent.
The carpet was damp, but not wet like after other cleaning systems. I also appreciated the "plastic booties" we were given to wear over our shoes until the carpet was completely dry.

Although a half hour call of arrival time is good, a shorter window for arrival time should be possible.
Customers should be advised of the paperless billing system when making an appointment. Some may prefer to pay by check instead of credit card.

The fellas did a great job on old carpet. It isn't perfect looking, but then it's never going to be due to it's age. They were courteous and friendly and I'm very pleased with job they did.

Dean really worked hard to explain the difficulties with my carpet and he also worked really hard to clean the carpet, repeating the cleaning process, so I (and he) would be completely happy with the results. I like the non-residue cleaning process as well.

I am very happy with the outcome of the way my carpet came out. I would also like to comment out the gentlemen that came out (Ryan and his partner - ?) They were very polite. I liked how he (Ryan) took the time to explain all the different procedures with me and went over all the problem areas that might be an issue. He even spent time going over it again on the phone with my husband. Owning a service company, I know what it is like to find a decent tech and you sure do have what I consider an asset to your company. Thank you so much for your service. There was flexiblity in scheduling. The employees were very professional. The carpets are clean and do not smell like chemicals.

First of all I’d like to say that Zerorez is an outstanding Cleaning System!
Your technicians (Josh and Cody) were on time, they both were very Courteous and Polite!
Josh explained the Cleaning Process including the Stain Protection while Cody was prepping the room! For my (3) room it took only 45 Min.
These (2) Gentlemen were Outstanding! They both knew and have Mastered the Cleaning Process!
They both wore Booties and while doing the work and left me (2) sets of Booties for my Wife and I to navigate thru the house.
I was their last assignment for the Day, they were both thirsty and tired! I offered and gave them water before they left. I looked around and Josh had washed the Glasses and put them away! Now that respect!
Having said that, “I will and have recommended your service to my entire Family and to several Businesses”!
I had very little cash on hand and was not able to tip the (2) Gentlemen and would like to do so.
Please tell me the best way I can get them a tip?

I liked that the technician showed up during the time-frame I was told. I also liked that he didn't try to "upsell" me for products/services that I didn't need/want. The carpets came out cleaner than I've ever seen and still look great. I've had other carpet cleaners in and the carpets never came as clean as I'd liked and looked dirty again after a couple of months. Thanks!
