Russ, your tech who came out for my appointment, is very knowledgeable and proud of the work zerorez does. not only did his work surpass that of previous companies I've hired, he was quick to explain the process and how it stands out from the competition. The carpet has never looked cleaner. Russ specifically makes me very eager to use zerorez again next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Our technician was very professional, called ½ hour prior to arrival as promised, and arrived within the scheduled appointment window. The cleaning was scheduled early in the morning and the cold weather caused one of the water lines to freeze, but the technician was able to correct the problem and continue with the cleaning of our sofa. We were generally satisfied with the results and only slightly disappointed that some obvious spots had to be brought to the technician’s attention and that the down pillows seemed excessively wet compared to the rest of the sofa.

The service was really good. The biggest surprise was the quality of work they did in stretching the carpet. The young men are very respectful and nicely groomed. They also understood their jobs very will.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was very upfront with us, telling us what he was going to do before doing it and how much it would cost us. Even during the cleaning he would tell us about certain stains and how he was going to treat them and then a follow-up right after the cleaning and what to expect; good communication and in a very understandable and gracious manner. Twenty-four hours later our carpet feels soft, not crunchy or stiff, and it looks GREAT! We have two small places where our dog vomited that the serviceman told us did not come up completely, that he had sprayed a solution to leave on and see if they would fade. Personally, if I didn't know where they were to begin with I would not be able to see them; VERY light. Was very glad that he communicated with me, that he had gone over them a couple times, but they did not come up completely, and I totally understood of the "stains?" nature. Very professional, very communicative, very reasonably priced, very impressive cleaning! We will not use any other company from now on!

The caepet stays clean longer because there is no soap residue on it that collects dirt. Also Zeroeez gets stains out that no one else can.

We just had the carpets cleaned yesterday and they look great! We like the feature that there will be no residue left on the carpet since there is no soap and everything is natural.
