I heard a commercial advertising a special with a great price tag and liked the idea of no residue and no cleaning with harsh chemicals. I really liked the way zero rez communicated with me about the upcoming services and on the day of my appointment. The technician was friendly and professional and really worked hard. They did a great job and I am recommending them to anyone mentioning cleaning their carpets.
Satisfaction guaranteed. Most of the carpet came out good but the pet areas that were treated specifically which I guess can't come out good. I understand that.

I think that the pile on my carpet stands up better with Zerorez. The carpets look fresh and spell better (until one of my old animals does "you know what". The young man who did my carpets was careful and efficient and I really appreciated the "deal" ya'll had. This is my second time to use your services and I definitely would do so again. Name removed
I had red spray paint on my carpet from Christmas and 3 months later it came out! I was amazed! I also had my tile bathroom cleaned and it looked brand new.

Three days after Jerry, carpet cleaning technician cleaned the carpets, we have no wicking appearing at this time. He was timely with his call to notify us of his arrival, professional on the job site, and explained his process.
Positive note: The two service people, Raymond and Josh, worked very hard, quickly and were thorough. They were professional in their manner. The product appears to have cleaned the carpet well.
Negative: I purchased the additional product which was promoted to help extend the life of my carpet. The TINY bit of product sprayed on the carpet, did not justify the cost.
Toby, your service guy, was fantastic and knew his job very well!
Also there was no quibbling about how much each service was going to add to the total cost.
Toby went the extra mile on some of my added services, i.e. doing stairs, and area rugs, etc.
I planned on spending only the $250 min. (since I just lost my job of 9 yrs), for them to come up to Ft Collins from Denver, but I gladly spent $350 for all that he did.
