Although your representative was late, they did call and make me aware that would be so. The rep was smiling when he approached the door, and that was a good start. He was very efficient and did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpets. He offered other services, however since I have hard wood floors, the two rooms were what I needed. He left my home a lot better than he found it. Thanks Zerorez for a GOOD job.

Your products are very good - they last long, they don't leave a film and it's great for spot cleaning. The service provided is excellent (although what you charge per stair, I believe is too costly for the amount of labor involved).

Josh and Cody were awesome! We were scheduled to have the cleaning done on a day when the snow was really coming down. I thought they would call and reschedule. Not only did they show up, on time, they helped me shovel my drive way! Great customer service! Needless to say the carpet cleaning was great too. The staff who came to clean my carpets were very professional and courteous. They explained everything and went above and beyond what they needed to do. My carpets look fantastic, did not take long to dry, and do not have any lingering odor.

Your product does not leave any soap or residue in the carpet. Also, I am impressed with the stains you were able to remove that other companies were not. Great job!.......and quick. Technicians were extrememly helpful and thoughtful.
