Your cleaning system left the carpet fresh, soft and clean. The technician was courteous, professional, and esplained the cleaning process completely. Heads above other carpet cleaning companies I have used in the past.

From your radio advertising I throught that the carpet would be a little drier than it was when the job was completed. However, it did dry much quicker than other services I have used. The job was done about 3pm and everything was dry by mid morning the next day. I liked the fact that there was no chemical smell after everything was completed.
The scheduling and cost estimating process was quick and easy. The estimate given at the time of my initial phone call proved to be right on the money. The cleaning technician arrived right when scheduled, was courteous and helpful, confirmed the telephone estimate, and got right to work. The carpet looks great! A minor problem which was more my fault than Zero Rez's was very quickly and fairly resolved. I can't imagine a more satisfactory experience with any carpet cleaning service.
Two technicians did a good job, quick and timely. Dry time was minimal. Carpet was soft when done, not stiff.

The carpets looked brighter and cleaner than with the other company I was using. I especially like not using harsh chemicals and the carpets also stay cleaner than before. The technicians were very friendly and professional. They also told me about the other services that Zerorez could do for our home which I plan on trying in the future.
It remains to be seen for the prolonged effect as we had a number of dog mistakes. With the cost of $219 to start and for the final bill to be close to $800 dollars it will have to stand the test of time. I understood there are extra charges for chemicals but perhaps it was excessive and could have been prewarned to us the extent of the extra cost. It was a huge surprise. Your service tech was very forthcoming with info when asked and I appreciated that. Too bad for my pocketbook it was after the fact.
