I was pleased that Zerorez came back to redo the areas of carpet that had not gotten clean the first time. The tech, Toby Rice, was personable and very informative regarding your cleaning products and procedures. He did a nice job. Your Denver, CO voice of Zerores, Jenny, is also a credit to your company and she presents a most professional and caring first (and enduring) impression of Zerores. My carpets also look like new when you're done, and the clean freshness lasts for about six months. I also like that the technician always put on foot covers without asking. They are also extremely professional and friendly.

My technician, Tony, was great. He arrived right on time (with a 20-minute heads up call, no less), carefully explained everything to me, and was an all-around nice guy. The carpets looked amazing and the residual smell was very light and, after 24 hours, is almost completely gone.

The operator was very informative and worked around the problem to get to the fourth floor.

I thought Josh AND Kyle were great technicians, prompt and efficient. The carpet looked amazing and clean. Two days later, my husband dropped his water bottle and it left a very large stain with a yellow ring around it. I have two others that are similar. When I called ZEROREZ, I was told to use a light mix of peroxide and water and spray it on the stains.There is still a yellow stain. Can you recommend another product?

My neighbor is very happy with her cleaning and still others are interested.

Raymond was very polite and professional. We walked through the house together and discussed all of the spots and stains. He explained that some of the stains might not come out. He managed to remove all of the stains in my carpet. He moved furniture that I told him he didn't have to move.
In the past, I have used several other Brand Name companies, and have always been disappointed. This is the first time that I have felt that I received service that I was satisfied with at a reasonable price. Zerorez will be the ONLY company that will clean my carpets from now on!

Not a lot of moisture left in carpets. Results were excellent. Once dry, they carpets maintained their soft texture, which I assume means there is no soap residue.

I like that the chemicals used are all organic in nature. The technician(I can't remember his name) provided information regarding products he was using, as well as was VERY kind and demonstrated a positive attitude. I definitely will use Zerorez again.
