The guys who came (Hayden and Josh, I think, sorry, can't remember) were great. Very professional, yet friendly. They were helpful and honest about my options for cleaning my couch after my cat had urinated on it. I appreciated that the costs were discussed in detail before I made my decision to have them proceed. They did an excellent, and thorough, job. And fast, too! I wouldn't hesitate to hire Zerorez again.

I did not like the extra charge for water and purification, it was not mentioned in the call for the appointment and was not an expected expense. You should identify this charge before going on an appointment with the client unaware of the extra charge.
The carpets came out great and the service was all I could expect.

The results were very disappointing and not up to the standard I have expected of your company from the many times I have used you in the past. However all was made right and to my great satisfaction when one of your supervisors came out, reviewed the state of the carpets and re-cleaned and protected them again. Thank you so much.
