The service was as advertised, best results I have ever had from a rug cleaning service.
Clean carpets (usually). I had 3 rooms, hall, and stairs cleaned on Monday, and 3 rooms on Friday. The guy on Friday was faster, but I had to remind him to use the corner protectors, and there were 2 stains (dog pee and plant leak) that he didn't/couldn't get out, and I don't think he tried to clean the vertical face of my long single step from dining area to the TV room. The guy on Monday was great, tho.

Friendly staff and great results
I've been having the professionals at Zerorez clean my carpet for several years. The technicians are always friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and services that will give the best results for my carpeted areas. After a service my carpet is super clean and dries very quickly and there are no unpleasant odors from soaps and chemicals. I've tried other companies but have never been as satisfied with the results.
