We were very impressed with Zerorez on several fronts. First, the technician Mike was absolutely great to work with. He arrived right on time, as indicated by the office. He was very professional and took the time to explain to us what he would be doing to clean our carpets. Second, Mike did an absolutely stellar job on several tough stains and returned our carpeting to nearly new. The carpeting is so much cleaner than we ever expected. We were really impressed all the way around and will definitely be recommending Zerorez to friends and family.

It's nice to have no residual product on the carpet and sofa after the cleaning. Within two days a large part of the drying and aroma from the cleaning had dissipated. My dog seems to have adjusted well to the whole process.
