I attribute Zerorez with the fact that my carpet is 23 years old and still looking great! Because of the way they clean without soaps and/or chemicals that leave no residue behind, my carpet is living proof that their process prolongs the life of carpet. Also, they are only ones I trust cleaning my white cotton sofas which are also over 20 years old and still look great, too. If anyone else cleaned them, they would have yellowed long before now. The owners of Zerorez here in Denver truly care about the service you receive and want their customers to be 100% satisfied. I will never use anyone else.

I like the "softer" feeling of the carpet after it's cleaned - and the pleasant smell while the work is being done. I especially like the friendly fellow that came to our house, and for the way he explained things to me - why some things work better than others on certain spots, etc. We have 2 daughters that have also used your companies services and and are well satisfied.

no chemicals - quick dry time -

took care not to damage the walls. Took time cleaning it the right way. Was not sopping wet when he left and dried by the evening. Technition was trying really hard to be friendly and that is great. He did however ask too many questions about any topic emaginable and some were off base too far. I would coach this fine young man a bit about the arrroate way to communicate with customers.. My opinion as I have been in the customer care field in the past.

The carpet dried fairly quickly in spite of a damp day from rain. It left no stiff residue and the technician, Devon, was pleasant, efficient and very helpful, even shoveling the leaves and debris from our front walkway! We think the company lives up to its advertisements!

You do excellent job getting my soiled off-white carpets completely clean again.

It was easy to mix and spray. If the spray container were larger it would have helped me.
I loved the results as all spots were gone. It was not difficult to use at all and did not
smell in the rooms used.....I love it and will always know that I have a good spotter
to use whenever needed......you have a great product!!!!

The guys did a great job. Carpet cleaning can be a rough business, as a fellow business owner myself I see the risks involved. I think your process is very well, and Probably should have taken before and after photos because my rental property was pretty disgusting. My only issue was the up sale and extras. The cost to simply run 2 machines over 200 square feet of tile seemed excessive at almost a dollar a foot. I chose to have the special pet cleaning treatment done to 1 room and didn't really see a difference at $60 a room compared to the rest of the house. Being quoted over the phone for 440 and then having my bill onsite with tax be 800 was frustrating but I had a timeline to adhere to.
